What a load of tosh. If the tales here aren't worthy of a written warning and a disciplinary hearing I don't know what is... I guess this is one of the main reasons why BA is in the trouble it's in.
The US carries have flight attendants wearing bracelets or badges with the equivalent of "Willie Walsh Out Now!" on them, so it could get even worse...
