The question is not should you do it but why should you NOT do it. 18K for 2K is quite a good deal especially if you add the 100% bonus on AC and 25% on LH and BD that you'll get next year. So, if you have the funds and time I'd say go for it. ( J/F if you are really in a splurging mood)
