I got to comment that nicolas75 review of hotels is great, are you an architect?

Stayed at the HI Kensington Forum: It is an ugly International style hotel, huge, crowded and yet very comfy. Staff is nice and exec rooms are small yet comfortable. Decor is a bit older but its a clean clean clean hotel.

HI Regent Park is also nice property. Location worked better for me. Its close to a part of town I like and amenities/room are the same as the Forum one.

All booked trought Hotwire which is a good value compared to sell rate at HI website.
