For the millionth time, this question had been asked, answered, and beat to death.
It's all up to the kid @ the front desk, usually with a trainee ribbon, as to which room you're gonna get.

All of this complaining and hollerin ain't getting ya-all anything but a lack of sleep in your lil-ol room.

Quit fightin it, and go with the flow, or dig deep and try a twenty, once in a while.

Marriott's got the best reward program out there, but if you ain't happy I suggest you might take your Platinum status and switch to Starwood!
