I thought it was determined quite a while ago that best available does not include suites?

Also, at the bottom of this thread, there is a reference to the literature that came with the 2004 cards that explicitly removes suites from consideration. (I didn't actually read the info, just ripped off my card, but I may need to go home and persue it now.)
