I didn't say that at all, but I did say it wasn't a sacking offence and, in my opinion, it's not. It should constitute a disciplinary hearing where the staff member(s) is told their behaviour is not acceptable and an improvement is called for.
You can't just sack somebody in the UK these days without running the risk of industrial tribunals, unfair dismissals, etc, etc.

Ah but of course it's much easier to blame lack of class isn't it.

But then scandal making and exaggeration are far more fun than the truth aren't they.
