If you're flying into Orlando and taking a taxi from the airport it's going to cost you between US$40-50 one way. At least this is what it cost some friends a couple of years ago. Car rentals can be cheap in Florida and it might be cheaper in the long run to rent one. I think parking is free at the hotels. Just a thought. Also the hotel might have a shuttle to local attractions that would put you near a drug store.
