no longer atc - as the crew will have known your links with BA do you think it's possible they just made these statements to you and your family?
How nice for you that you perceive dumping on premium customers by taking your frustrations out on them as permissable. If I took my frustrations out on my customers I'd be on the shortcut to getting sacked. But, I guess dropped several thousand dollars on a ticket doesn't buy manners - or class, in this particular case.
