It's not IT issues which are resulting in all these DL seat assignment changes. Many of the seat assignment adjustments are a result of DL's way of integrating its acquisition, namely NW, and how DL has decided to handle cutting capacity to meet the lower demand environment.

DL-NW combination or not, lower demand environment or not, it still remains the case that the complaints about seating adjustments are a product of decisions for which DL management is wholly responsible, merger or no merger, lower demand environment or not.
