On your travel dates, it may be close to impossible to get a room there, but maybe the "crisis" helps...

You could probably have more success at the Interconti Berchtesgaden or the Vigilius Mountain Resort Meran, but they are less luxury and more architectural/design - as opposed to fairy tale.
