I am amazed how long I was loyal to Marriott. Just 1 call to Starwood and I'm Starwood PLatinum.

Do the math...Much quicker free awards, to much nicer hotels on Starwood.

The only thing Marriott offers is a hotel in every city, unfortunately Starwood does need more properties.
