Theoretically, yes; realistically, no.

Your airfare refund is calculated as Fare Paid - Fare Flown - Penalty ($150?). Keeping in mind that one way fare is usually higher than round trip fare, your refund will likely be negative. The exception is if you have paid full F/C fare where one way fare is about half of round trip fare without penalty.
