Perhaps if they would slap an orange "premium" tag on EXPs in Y that would help.
I was surprised that the agent did that for me when checking in at LHR for BOS a couple of days ago.
He also told me that he had blocked the adjacent seat for me (without my asking). Not sure if he was just being nice, or if that is the return of another previous (much-loved) benefit.
