No. To both. I won't get over it because this is a royal PITA. I sometimes choose flights based on available seating and I expect my choices to be honored. Sched changes on NWA were rare and when they did happen NWA had the sense, capability, and customer focus to keep me in either my originally chosen seat or a comparable one if there was an equipment change.

So DL looses on 3 counts; 1) Way way too many schedule changes (and this pre-merger as well), 2) Inability to retain comparable seats for customers, and 3) GA's who say to 'get over it'.
