Fix all of DL.dumb's crappy issues with the award engine. Here is just a short list that I've been frustrated with the past 2 hours.

1. Selecting flights available and then having them be "sorry, sold out." Researching shows these flights available again.
2. Showing different availability on the award calendar from what can actually be selected. If it's low on a date, when I hit continue low should be an option.
3. Showing higher availability when logged in as a PM (see thread):

4. Having nwa.com show flights for purchase, but not available for award travel

- Please stop booting me from my exit row or aisle/window seats and placing me in crap middle seats no where in the middle of the plane for schedule changes.
