I don't know much about Air China's new business class, but they are not the most reliable in terms of service. At least within Asia,they cancel flights all the time--I gave up miles and EQMs on UA to change my fight from ULN to Seoul (via PEK) to Korean Air last summer because Air China cancelled that flight two days running--and folks in Asia tell me that this happens routinely.
