I have to also vote for Conrad Singapore. Especially exec floor staff who really are helpful and friendly. I now know many of them by name, as they all know me, which helps. I don't recall a request (including 9pm checkout) they haven't met with a smile and a yes.

Some areas like the business centre I find a bit remote, but overall a good experince every time.

Same for Conrad HKG. The exec floor staff are excellent and we all know each other by name, which makes a difference. Often I am recognised at check in as well.

HKG is pretty determined to charge for guests, SIN has been much more flexible in this regard.
