Am I correct in assuming:
- The numbers in brackets are USD
- by ACL you actually mean AKL (if this assumption is not correct then why are you telling us the fare from some place in Colombia (Aguaclara; =Clearwater?) that I at least have never heard of?
Also, I presume that prices in USD terms have been getting more expensive - because of the fall in the USD relative to other currencies.

For LONE4, cheap places include ACL (2788), DAC (3295), JNB (2908), TLV and AMM (3300), South America (3300). Southeast Asia prices are relatively high, though not as high as the US.
For DONE4, cheap options include DAC (7367), JNB (6403), TLV and AMM (7200). New Zealand and Australia are pricey.
