QR uses the Air France lounge - I think it's called Preimiere, or something like that. It's adequate - small, a few snacks, drinks, nothing else. As with the other lounges, you just get in the lift almost right behind the passport control, at the back of a small cafe/bar you'll see to your right, after you've passed through the passport check.

The toilet facilities - which are actually outside the lounge - are very third-world (1 toilet for men... not clean). On the plus side, the food - despite being appalling - is better than the Star Alliance lounge on the other floor. But the *A lounge looks way better. If you're hungry, buy food outside and take it in.
