About a ~10 minute walk between the terminals (at a decent pace). TBIT is at the end of the U, and T8 is at the right-hand tip of the U.
There are also frequent airport shuttles that traverse the route. Any of the shuttles will work, as T8 is "downstream" of TBIT (i.e. hop on at TBIT and hop off three stops later).
Also, note the entrance to T8 is through T7, so you'll actually be walking (or shuttle-riding) to T7.
