From having done dummy bookings on the NH website, it seems that they have four "economy" fares: full Y (fully refundable, etc. ), discounted Y (restrictions apply), full PY (fully refundable, etc., 3 or 4 times as much as discounted Y) and discounted PY (about twice as much as discounted Y but with the same restrictions).
