why? well 1. it was a great property at one time and 2. i needed another stay for the 5000 pt mega bonus threshold

anyway I checked out and when they asked me how my stay was I said, the stay was great but I would like to talk to the GM about the check in process. The gentleman apologized and asked what happened, I told him and he said he was the FD manager; he gave me the GM's email and said he would talk to the two that i dealt with last night about the proper procedure. I said thats all I want and that I dont' think its my job to train them nor is it what I'm looking for at check in (the hassle of getting the bf coupons).. I thanked him and will still write the gm.. i told him i'm not looking for anything now that I got the coupons but hope that if a plat comes back during the Xmas shutdown of the lounge that this doesn't happen again

so I'll write the gm the weekend and let you know what happens there
