I've purchased rooms for others at HI/HIX but had to do the credit card fax authorization thing under my PCR #. They checked in, checked out, and they paid me (not PCR members + my Corp rate better) but I got the points/stay credit.

Got lucky once too at a conference where rooms were booked by the company for us and I checked in and had my PCR# attached to my room (only PCR member in the group apparently)....somehow my # got tagged on all the stays....company paid and I got the points 7 rooms for 5 nights....no luck since though.
