That's a shocker. I would have figured that the majority of callers from across North America requiring french langauage assistance would have been "tele-routed" to Montreal, where it's safe to assume that 99.9% of the staff was fully and capably bilingual.

I am curious to hear what the Georgian French accent sounds like.
Also 280 jobs to be replaced by 30 seems like either not much demand, or a big change in workload for the 30 staff members
