Air France will close its Montréal call centre

Air France is closing down its call centre in Montréal, as well as the small, co-located sales office. This will impact 140 AF staff.

Delta is also closing down its own call centre in Montréal, with 140 staff.

Francophone customers of the AF/DL/KL joint venture should be served by a staff of 30 based in Atlanta.

At the end of 2010, DL will also close its London reservations centre.
