The recent offers to buy an Entertainment Book through My Points seem to be one of the better offers My Points has made recently.

The book we purchase is $35 - the recent offer has been $5 off and free shipping for 1500 points. That means 1500 points for a $30 purchase, or 50 points per $. I believe that's one of the better ratios for getting points for spending at My Points. Furthermore, there are $20 worth of grocery certificates, at least one restaurant we go to regularly for a 2 for 1 dinner worth $18, and at least one retail store we use with $15 worth of coupons.

The Entertainment Books seem to have been getting somewhat less useful in recent years, and there are fewer places we find we can use them, but at least for now, for each book we buy through My Points we come out at least $23 ahead and we earn 1500 points.
