Little differentiation between the two, IMO. Yeah, you get free drinks in the PC but the food selection is better in the RCC. I've been in the PC on days when people were sitting in the conference rooms, that's how crowded it was. If it were me, I'd probably go to the one closest to my gate (although the walk between the two is less than ten minutes.)
