I've been in both. UA is putting some money into the RCC. They recently (~6 months ago) put new furniture and additional outlets throughout. Updated the food, new stemware at the bar, now they restrooms are closed for the next month as they have completely gutted the area. Flying international, you'll get two drink chits and all you have to do is ask for a one-day pass for the wifi. I guess it's really up to you and how much time you want to spend in the club and walking between the two terminals. Neither one is that bad and there are more food options in T7.
