It did not appear joint branded when I was there earlier this month. Very Qantas Pub like. May have changed as I was there in the first week of opening.

Also IIRC the SIN and BKK lounges are part of JSA, which I do not believe applies to routes via HKG which may be why it has been easy to enter those lounges.
