No limo service from FCL A and only limo service from FCL B for all Non-Schengen and Non-B departures.

FCL A offers the same services. Just no limo service. FCL B has the SPA for a fee on top.

No limo from T1 to the FCT since March 2009. You are welcome to use the FCT on a connection, but you have to find your way on your own (walking time: see post above).
