Given a long enough lay-over on a UA domestic ticket at JFK, is it possible to access the new(ish) LH lounge in terminal 1?

Access itself shouldn't be a problem as even LH are advertising it as a *G lounge on their website, but it's behind security. Anyone know if TSA will let people through using a boarding pass for a flight leaving from another terminal?
