I just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved it!

I have only 2 criticisms: First, the breakfast is not very good... I would definitely not pay for food in this hotel if it didn't come for free. Second, if you are upgraded to a suite, the sink is not designed very well such that you get water all over the counter. The standard rooms do not have an issue with the bathroom sink. I stayed in a basic room last year.

Both the basic rooms and the suites for PLATS are beautiful! This is definitely my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai! The service is not as extravagant as it was last year, but that's alright as I don't necessarily need 4 people greeting me as I enter the hotel, especially as the price here is very reasonable when they have promos.
