Arriving in FRA in LH F, connecting flight -- what lounge to use?

Hi,

I am arriving in FRA in LH F, and I have a three hour layover for the 1:10pm flight to STR (in C).

Which of the 2 FCL and FCT would you recommend I should use? In which ones would I get a limo ride to the airplane (if any)? Would this flight be in an apron position?
