I've tried this and been told to contact the hotel directly. In certain cases, the hotel has then required me to put the request in writing via fax. Completely unnecessary in my opinion.
That should not be the case. I have been told by my CS and E-comms associate in Singapore that all you need is to reach us via the instructions I have given earlier to request for hotel folio.
Feel free to report the name of the associate(s) to me if you are facing a different situation.
