Open doors only applies to British Airways branded lounges ie. Galleries Clubs, Terraces lounges or Executive Club lounges. It also includes those lounges branded as Qantas/British Airways lounges eg. those at BKK, HKG, LAX, and SIN.
I believe that the BKK lounges will still be branded as British Airways/Qantas lounges, despite having all-Qantas decor.
Open doors does not apply to other lounges operated by oneworld airlines or third party airlines/companies.
