To try to claim the suite upgrades are the same between Marriott and Starwood is absurb.

There is noise about how bad Marriott upgrades are not because they are rare, but because the are a PROMISE THAT IS NOT HONORED. Its Lying, Its unethical and it hurts Marriott's business.
