You also get to redeem free days for almost any car class in the system, instead of just up to a Fullsize with Executive (or Midsize with basic membership). This can be nice to treat yourself to a Luxury car or Convertible that would otherwise be too pricey.
The final great benefit is being able to book a car within 24 hours even if the location is sold out. It depends what market you're in for this to be worth it. Out here in Victoria, BC we only have maybe 1,300 cars between all the agencies in town (maybe less now as both Dollar-Thrifty and Discount packed it in this year), so it's very common for all the agencies to sell out around holiday weekends. Similar case in Edmonton (where I used to live) where the agencies would sell out after snowstorms due to insurance claims. When you absolutely need a car this feature can be VERY handy.
The only other benefit is having a car delivered to a private airport, but I've never flown into one so that benefit is useless to me. I also don't know exactly how it works; I think you have to phone the location directly to arrange it.
So I'd say go for it if you're only 2 rentals away. Head to your local airport on a weekend when prices are lower and save some mileage on your own car anyways!

+1 for this very reason I had to use up some coupons to fill up my 25 rentals this year. for me 3 more rentals to EE is worth it but YMMV
