I know I'm getting off topic here, but AeroRepublica actually assigns bag handlers to retrieve elite bags from the aircraft and hand delivers them to passengers as they arrive in the baggage claim area (at least in CTG and BOG). For a 1 hour flight I thought the service was pretty great.
