At least for those flights where you have done OLCI and print your BPs, DM card are mostly a thing of the past. No DM cards for standard waitlisted upgrades -- just a note at the top of the BP "Please proceed to gate area to await seat assignment or upgrade."

yup tho when i arrive at the airport, i always ask one of the lobby agents to print out my dm card for me. makes me "feel better" that i have it (and one time, even tho the u/g was wait listed and i checked in on-line, for some reason i wasn't on the list-think it was a glitch but that's exactly why i ask for a dm card)
