I stayed at the Shadow Ridge Resort last year and it was very nice. (If you have ever stayed at the Marriott Vacation Club resort in Orlando across from Seaworld...it's almost the same style/size/quality of rooms.) We went with a group of people from work and we all took a three day course at the Golf School. One of the best times I had on vacation in a while. The temps in April got up into the high 90's.
