i booked a paid room for someone on a PP rate, i put their name in the booking and was in contact with the hotel about the booking so they knew this was the case. I paid for it and am actually still waiting to be paid back - hopefully very soon..

but the 4 night stay IC showed as not eligible. I was disappointed as had hoped to get some bonus points from the stay.

Anyone know if this is as it should be or is this another case of a certain hotel that i've been finding pretty difficult to deal with pushing the rules to/past their limit??
