OnePass email address

I have been trying to email Continental OnePass for two days now regarding a missing partner mileage issue. The address I am using is [email protected] . The email keeps getting returned as failed delivery with the following message;

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

[email protected]




Final-Recipient: rfc822;[email protected]
Action: failed
Status: 5.2.3
X-Display-Name: Onepass

Is this still a valid email address or is there another address I should be using?
