sorry i came back to edit the post and all ready it got replies lol

okay first i haven't brought my tickets yet because i am still waiting on my visas and resident permits (the schools advise to wait on the items)

but i have been tracking tickets everyday for the last two weeks and have a general idea of whats going on lol (yes i am obsessed lol)

my plan is to leave from Atlanta to Edinburgh Scotland on Dec 31st returning on June 16 traveling WT+ on a 777 (dont know if its 4 or 3 class yet) that layover time is 60 mins in LHR and the pic requirements i was talking about is this :

What happens if I am transferring to a British Airways UK domestic flight from Terminal 5?
You must pass through Flight Connections and clear immigration and security and be ready to fly at least 35 minutes before your onward flight's scheduled departure time. A digital photograph of all customers on UK domestic flights from London Heathrow Terminal 5 will be taken at airport security. When boarding the flight, the photograph will be checked. Once checks are complete, all photographs will be deleted.

I am spending about two weeks in Scotland visiting friends before leaving from Edinburgh to Kuopio Finland on Jan 10. Although this will be a BA flight...This ticket is not bought through BA.com. This ticket is being bought on the site opodo.co.uk

sorry for not stating all this first...
since i am leaving on the holidays does anyone have any suggestion about which flight time would be best?
