I've previously used the BA/QF lounge at HKG under open doors whilst waiting for ferry departures from the Skypier. I understand that there's a new QF business lounge at HKG, with the old lounge(s) currently under redevelopment.

Does anyone know what the situation is with regards to open doors access at HKG currently (and in the future)? Are the new lounges going to be QF and hence no longer 'owned and operated by BA'?
