Andaz IS part of Hyatt much as the staff there likes to claim that they're not part of Hyatt (like they did the morning after the Hyatt Do that was held there). I would be very upset if they didn't grant breakfast for 2 people in one room.

In reference to the breakfast issue, as a Diamond, one should not be charged for breakfast and as indicated if the Diamond Member shares her/his room the same policy applies.
There is no $25.00 credit, just a full breakfast credit for one or two guests depending on the room occupancy.
