The vast majority of employees in the federal government pay a portion of their health insurance. TSA is no different than any other agency in that regard. My agency required a contribution if you wanted it.

Now with respect to unions, do you really want that? TSA's already laregely unaccountable as it is. Do you really want another layer of unaccountability added to that?

And if TSA gets free health insurance from unionization, why shouldn't everyone else who works for the G?
