I think it's because FlyerTalk is made up of some of the most well traveled, savvy, and/or pennywise fliers on the planet Earth, and have NEVER heard of any such policy for revenue tickets! The added factor that you only had 1 post ever on FlyerTalk (2 now!) could lead some to believe that this post was bogus, to eventually try to bash Delta for diminishing benefits - as it does happen now and then. Welcome to FlyerTalk! I guess you're for real! I'm sure many people will have questions for you as to how you were able to change discount domestic tickets without paying a penalty.
