Strange but true. But it was mostly J tickets to the US with a few US discount domestic coach tickets mixed in (company policy is business class on intl and discount coach on US domestic). They really did let me change those coach tickets at will without fee for some reason. Many times. If I was part of some super revenue elite group (possible, although I doubt I am among the highest revenue generators - I would travel every month intl but I know people who do more), I am surprised they would take the benefit away .. but who knows.
