I believe this is for NH Diamond on Full Fare (full paid Y) only. *A silver will not get you much.

As for NH or UA in Y, I would say from reading here that E+ gives you nice pitch but NH wins on service, food, and IFE. You also may have trouble getting award seats on NH, but YMMV.
