I am checking flights from SFO-NRT using United mileage points, debating whether to fly United or ANA. I am United Premier, so I can reserve Economy Plus seats on United. I am wondering given Start Alliance Silver status, if I take the ANA flight, can I reserve premium economy seats with my United Premier status?
